RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Satisfied or your money back

With Ski Occas, you are satisfied or reimbursed for your purchase. As soon as you receive your order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, you just have to make a return request directly from your customer account. In order for the return request to be accepted, it must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.

What items can be returned?

All items on the website, new or used, can be returned. Ski Occas will refuse any request for return and/or refund if the ski or snowboard equipment has required drilling for the mounting of the bindings.

Return procedure

To return an order, you just have to :

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Click on "Orders".
  • Choose the order to return and click on "Details".
  • Select the products and click on "return a product".

For all customers residing in Metropolitan France, the return shipping costs are free. To return a pair of skis or a snowboard, please contact customer service on +33 (0)4 79 00 42 41 or by email support@skioccas.com to schedule a pick-up.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your parcel in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund of the order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and subject to acceptance of the return). The refund is made to the bank account used to finalise the order.

If the customer returns the products by his own means and that these expenses are more expensive than the mode of delivery proposed on the site, Ski Occas reserves the right not to refund these additional expenses.
